You can force the Content Studio installation program to enter upgrade mode event though that it already runs the latest version.

Important
This operation requires modification of the system registry and should only be performed by persons with sufficient knowledge.

Om the registry editor and locate the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Teknikhuset/Content Studio/5.0/. Change the InstallDate value to a date earlier than the existing value. This value must be written in the format yyyy-MM-dd yyyy is the year, MM is the month (01 - 12) and dd is the day (01 - 31).

When you start the Content Studio installation program it now will enter upgrade mode.
