Since users are added automatically whenever they enter Content Studio this will have effect only if you know that the user is no
longer using Content Studio or if the account has been deleted from the NT/Active directory security database.

Syntax
Parameters
- connectionId
- Type: ContentStudioConnectionId
A value that identifies the web site - sessionId
- Type: ContentStudio.SecuritySessionId
A value that identifies the user's session. This value usually originates from a call to OpenSession(ConnectionId). - userId
- Type: SystemInt32
The Content Studio identifier of the user to unregister
