When running the Content Studio subscription service the scheduled program runs as expected without any error but not all or none of the documents that should be sent cannot be found. When running the service as another user the service might work as expected.


This error is likely to be caused because the Subscription Service runtime account does not have permission to browse the categories that contain documents that are subscribed to.


Make sure that the account that runs the CS Subscription Service has at least BROWSE and READ permission on all of the categories that are marked subscribable.
