Creates a new EPTXmlTextParser from a string of xml content

The Xml string to load
categoryId: Type: SystemInt32
A category where the document belongs
documentId: Type: SystemInt32
The identifier of the EPT document that this object represents

XmlException	The Xml loaded is not well formed.
CSException	The Xml does not follow the Content Studio EPT schema.
