Creates a cache dependency based on the specified virtual paths.

	IEnumerable<string> virtualPathDependencies,

virtualPath: Type: SystemString
The path to the primary virtual resource.
virtualPathDependencies: Type: System.Collections.GenericIEnumerableString
An array of paths to other resources required by the primary virtual resource.
utcStart: Type: SystemDateTime
The UTC time at which the virtual resources were read.

Type: CacheDependency
A CacheDependency object for the specified virtual resources.

Remarks

To cache virtual resources for later use you must implement either this method or the GetFileHash(String, IEnumerableString) method.
