Returns a parameter as a DateTime. The value must be possible to convert to a DateTime.

parameterName: Type: SystemString
The name of the parameter to return
defaultValue: Type: SystemDateTime
The value to return if the parameter does not exists

Type: DateTime
The value as a DateTime
