Sets a new status for a task.

Syntax

	ConnectionId connectionId,
	SessionId sessionId,
	int notificationId,
	NotificationStatus status
)

Parameters

connectionId
Type: ContentStudioConnectionId
A value that identifies the web site
sessionId
Type: ContentStudio.SecuritySessionId
A value that identifies the user's session. This value usually originates from a call to OpenSession(ConnectionId).
notificationId
Type: SystemInt32
The item to update
status
Type: ContentStudio.NotificationsNotificationStatus
The new status to set. Status must be set to one of the following statuses: NotificationStatus.TaskCompleted - NotificationStatus.TaskDeclined - NotificationStatus.TaskCanceledBySender. If the task was sent by Workflow Server it can only be set to NotificationStatus.TaskDeclined but only for tasks in progress.

Content Studio permissions

Write permission on the sent item. Normally only the sender and administrators have this permission, however by default the receiver has read, delete and write permission on tasks.
